Kuuri has change their meeting times from Saturday to Friday. This has enabled Severen and I to meet with them after our meeting in ‘Yo (Severen and I ride though Kuuri on our way to ‘Yo). This is our second week to make this meeting. It was exciting to meet these new Christians for the first time and worship with them. We were present for about half of the meeting. This was encouraging because we arrived to see Rebekah and Germain teaching the evangelistic lessons. This is the village where there were 37 baptisms on Easter Sunday. Rebekah and Germain encourage the Kuuri Christians to attend church at Dano-Pari. This is to see what leadership roles there are in the church and have them practice before they start meeting on their own. It has been a great infusion to the Dano-Pari church and keeps the Dano-Pari church encouraged. Please pray that these new Christians are growing in their faith and able to start meeting on their own soon.

In Kuuri there were 37 people baptized. Praise God for the people putting their faith in His Son and Word. This was Easter Sunday. We will keep you updated as new and exciting things happen in this village. Please pray that strong leaders will begin to be raised up from within the church at Kuuri.

God reconciled 37 people to himself this Easter sunday in Kuuri as the 11th Dagara church resulting from our efforts was planted. This is the third church planted by folks from the Dano Paris church.
There were even some from Dano-Pari and Sorian (another Dano-Pari church plant) that were baptized.

This is a second generation church being planted by the Dano-Pari church. Two different leaders, Rebecca and Bonavanture have been and are continuing to go to Kuuri. It looks like Easter Sunday they will have around 40 people baptized. Please pray for the leaders and the new church in Kuuri.
