Aaron, Andrea, and Daniel Burk

Andrea and Aaron are from Texas. They met at ACU and have been married for 12 years. Their greatest joy and adventure to date has been raising their children Daniel who will be 8 next August 22 and Dylan who will be 2 next October 14. God worked through the influence of former African missionaries and missions students at ACU and two trips to Africa in '96 and '98 to call them to the mission field in Burkina Faso. The Homewood Church of Christ in Birmingham, Alabama partners with them in their work here by providing financial and spiritual support for them.

Aaron likes Bob Dylan, starbursts, and playing chess. Andrea likes cooking pizza, teaching Daniel, and has a dream of becoming a photojournalist. Daniel enjoys talking, pretending, talking, giggling, arguing, talking, and swinging on his swing set, and playing with transformers. Dylan likes to run around and yell, likes to cuddle when he's tired, and can say, "cracker." It has been fulfilling to live a life for God that is not only challenging, but also fruitful. They can't wait to share with you how the kingdom of God is expanding in Dagara land.
